Have a Microsoft Fabric story to share? We’re looking for speakers from across the Dutch data community!
Microsoft Fabric is evolving rapidly, and every new implementation brings opportunities to learn, experiment, and discover better ways to build data solutions. At the Dutch Fabric User Group, we believe the best way to grow our community is by sharing real-world experiences, practical knowledge, and lessons learned along the way.
That’s why we’re inviting Microsoft Fabric enthusiasts, data professionals, architects, developers, and community speakers to submit their sessions for our Dutch Fabric User Group meetups.
Whether you’re an experienced speaker or considering your first community presentation, we’d love to hear from you!
What can you present?
We’re interested in practical, technical, and experience-driven sessions covering the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
Some of the topics we’d love to explore include:
- Lakehouses and OneLake — Architecture, implementation patterns, and best practices.
- Data Engineering and Pipelines — Building reliable, scalable data integration and transformation solutions.
- Data Governance and Security — Microsoft Purview, data protection, lineage, and governance in Fabric.
- Fabric Apps and Solutions — Innovative applications and solutions built on the Fabric platform.
- Real-Time Analytics — Working with streaming data, event-driven architectures, and real-time intelligence.
- Metadata-Driven Architecture — Automation, reusable frameworks, observability, and platform engineering.
- End-to-End Fabric Projects — Real customer stories, architectural decisions, challenges, and lessons learned.
Have a different topic related to Microsoft Fabric? Don’t let this list limit you. We’re always interested in fresh perspectives and new ideas.
Real-world experience matters
You don’t need to present a groundbreaking new feature or an entirely new architecture to have a valuable story.
Perhaps you’ve solved a challenging engineering problem, learned something important during a Fabric implementation, built a reusable framework, or discovered a better way to manage and govern a data platform.
These are exactly the kinds of experiences that help others in the community.
We value sessions that go beyond the slides: show us what you built, explain the decisions you made, share what worked, and tell us what you would do differently next time.
Demos, technical deep dives, architectural discussions, customer experiences, and lessons learned are all welcome.
Why speak at the Dutch Fabric User Group?
Speaking is about more than presenting a technical solution. It’s an opportunity to contribute to a community that learns and grows together.
By sharing your knowledge, you can:
- Share your expertise and help others overcome similar challenges.
- Increase your professional visibility within the Microsoft Fabric and data community.
- Connect with fellow professionals who are passionate about data and analytics.
- Develop your presentation skills in a friendly, knowledge-sharing environment.
- Inspire others to experiment, innovate, and get more value from Microsoft Fabric.
You don’t have to be a seasoned conference speaker. If you have a useful story and the enthusiasm to share it, we encourage you to submit a session.
